Family breakfast is a big deal in our house.  Especially at the weekend.  It’s when we all get to start the day together with no work or nursery to worry about.  We can take it at our own pace instead of having to worry about being somewhere.

Family Breakfast At Table Table

I don’t know about your kids, but my children seem to eat the most at breakfast time.  After all that sleep they have had they want to eat a lot of food.  At the weekend a family breakfast will consist of cereal, fruit, toast and even something cooked.  They are like bottomless eating machines at the start of the day.

Family Breakfast at Table Table

Because we know how much they can eat (and how much mess they can make) we like to take them out for a family breakfast as a treat.  It’s a lovely way to eat out as a family and when I heard about Table Table’s great kids eat free offer, we had to go and check it out.

We were shown to a lovely table by the window, and the waitress told us how the breakfast offer worked.  She left us to get settled and enjoy some of the continental breakfast before taking our hot food order.  This worked really well for us as we definitely have a breakfast routine.  The toast comes first, with jam for the 3 year old and with butter for the toddler.  I took the opportunity to try some of the sour dough crumpets, and Daddy tucked into the croissants.

Juice and coffee is included in the breakfast too, which makes this a great deal.  While we were having a breather, the waitress came and took our order for the cooked items.  There’s lots of choice, including how you would like your eggs, whether it’s poached or scrambled.  We ordered the kids favourites too.

It was lovely having breakfast put in front of us for a change, instead of being the ones running around trying to get it all ready.  It was a lovely relaxing start to the day, and best of all we didn’t have to clean up the mess afterwards! Family Breakfast

I’m not going to claim it was the best breakfast we have ever had, but it was good value for money and covered all the necessary bases to get our day of to the right start.  If you are looking for a reasonable priced way to take the family out for a treat this January, then a family breakfast at Table Table could be the answer.

We were provided with a complimentary breakfast for the family in exchange for this post, but all thoughts and opinions are our own.  An adult breakfast is £8.99 and kids eat free.  Breakfast is served 6.30am – 10:30am week days and  7.00am – 11.00am weekends
